Interpersonal Relationships

“Explain your anger - don't express it, and you will immediately open the door to solutions instead of arguments”

Interpersonal Relationships are connections we have with two or more people in families, work places, friends, education, neighbours and churches.  Socially it's important for us to connect with others for our needs and development but what happens when those relationships become strained and we start the downward spiral of thinking negative thoughts and behaviours toward those who at one time we thought of in a positive way.  My services can support you to consider your position and to create other ways that you can respond to the situation that are healthier for you.

I have provided my services in families to support family breakdowns, in schools between teachers/parents.  Breakdowns in communication with neighbours/friends and colleagues in work settings.  My services have developed over a 16 year period.  I have a genuine interest in supporting open communication and in supporting clients to see the value of spending a short period of time considering how they can change their situation.
